About KW Family Guide
KW Family Guide is an independent, locally run guide for parents and caregivers in Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge. Information about things to do with kids is scattered across city, library and venue websites, so we gather the basics in one simple place and link you to the official source.
How we build listings
- We use factual public information (name, address, website, category), mostly from official business and government websites and municipal open data.
- We write our own descriptions and never copy text or photos.
- Each listing shows when we last checked it and where the information came from.
- Events link to the official calendars instead of copying them.

We're not affiliated with any city, library or business listed. Some placements may be sponsored in the future; they will always be labelled.
